At BasedDrip we aim to provide quality products (mainly custom accessories) at an affordable price. We do that by keeping costs low to pass savings on to you. Our packaging is nothing special but the chains or bracelets in them are.

Shipping Policy

Based Drip Pins (AKA "Drip")

For BasedDrip.com exclusive pins expect your item to leave our facility the day of or the next business day. Shipping takes 3-7 business days and if you do not get it within 2 weeks please make sure to reach directly our to us via e-mail or Instagram.

For BasedDrip.com retail pins shipping takes 14-21 business days and if you do not get it within 4 weeks please make sure to reach directly our to us via e-mail or Instagram.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

The consumer is responsible for customs fees.

Order never arrived: If your order didn't end up arriving, let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but we will have to charge you for another at a far discounted price.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at on our @RealBasedBias email noting your order number. We'll get you taken care of.

Returns policy

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to have a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week of receiving it.

You have a 90-day satisfaction guarantee with any purchase through BasedDrip.com. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please just DM us on social media with what happened and we will provide an address for you to mail your chains back and get you a refund. No questions asked, the what happened explanation is just for market research and to see if we can solve your issue without doing a return.
